OVERLAND HIGH SCHOOL BAND & COLOR GUARD

Pep Band is a mandatory component of Marching Band and all band students are expected to participate in Pep Band.

Pep Band sits in the stands and performs at the OHS Varsity football team home games. The games are normally played at the Stutler Bowl on the Cherry Creek High School campus.

Pep Band plays songs that correspond to a number of spirit cheers that are lead by the OHS Poms and the Varsity Cheerleaders. In addition, Pep Band plays traditional football spirit songs.

Sometimes, the other musical pieces that are being developed for Field Show are also played by students that participate in the Field Show competition band.

The uniform is normally blue jeans and the band t-shirt.
